Zorg dat de ontvanger in enkele seconden ziet waarom de e-mail voor hem\/haar interessant is. Welk probleem los je op? Hou het kort, zorg voor duidelijke Call To Actions en zorg dat deze CTA zichtbaar is zonder te moeten scrollen. Houd er rekening mee dat sommige ontvangers alleen naar afbeeldingen en koppen kijken. Anderen lezen alleen de eerste regel van de tekst voordat ze bepalen of ze verder willen lezen.<\/p>\n<p>Stuur je meerdere e-mails naar dezelfde ontvanger? Belicht of benadruk in elke e-mail een ander aspect. Zorg ervoor dat je e-mail responsive is, oftewel, dat de e-mail goed wordt weergegeven op verschillende apparaten op desktop en mobiel.<\/p>\n<p>Let er in het bijzonder op dat Outlook een andere interpretatie heeft van HTML code in vergelijking met bijvoorbeeld Gmail. Hier moet je dus in de HTML code rekening mee houden. Heb je hier hulp bij nodig? Wij werken samen met een partner die een responsive HTML voor je kan bouwen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tip<\/em><\/strong><em>: stuur je meerdere e-mails en mag de lay out hetzelfde zijn? Zorg dat je HTML als een template ingezet kan worden. Dan hoef je bij de volgende e-mails alleen nog maar de linkjes, afbeeldingen en\/of tekst te vervangen. Dat scheelt je weer tijd en kosten omdat je geen HTML hoeft te (laten) bouwen! Natuurlijk zijn de hoeveelheid opens en clicks voornamelijk afhankelijk van andere factoren zoals het gekozen onderwerpregel en content, maar alle kleine beetjes helpen!<\/p>\n<p><em>Het is bijvoorbeeld opvallend dat een vrijdag als de minst goede dag wordt gezien om e-mails te versturen. Dat komt onder andere doordat meer mensen vrij nemen op zo\u2019n dag. Wij hebben getest met versturen op vrijdag en we zien over het algemeen juist goede resultaten. Misschien zijn er minder mensen aanwezig, maar is er meer tijd om dergelijke e-mails te lezen.
