Via een online enque\u0302te gaven IT-beslissers een beeld rond de stand van zaken in Nederland rond het hybride werken.<\/p>\n<p>Hybride werken heeft voordelen maar ook uitdagingen. E\u00e9n voordeel is een betere balans tussen prive\u0301 en werk. Denk aan locatie onafhankelijk werken, of minder last met het dagelijks woon-werkverkeer. Werknemers kunnen zich meer tevreden voelen waardoor ze langer bij een organisatie verbonden blijven.<\/p>\n<p>Uiteraard zijn er uitdagingen van hybride werken. Hoe functioneren mensen als ze vaker thuis blijven en werken? We wilden weten hoe Nederlandse kenniswerkers thuis, onderweg of in de buurt van hun huis een (digitale) werkplek inrichten. Daaruit wordt duidelijk hoe \u2018digitaal mobiel\u2019 Nederland is en of digitale mobiliteit een volwaardig alternatief is voor werken op kantoor.<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoekers focusten op drie zogeheten \u2018hoofdpilaren\u2019 van digitaal werken: connectiviteit, hardware en software. De uitkomsten van de enque\u0302te zijn aangevuld met inzichten omtrent mobiliteit uit de Smart Profile MarketBase: onze uitgebreide database met feiten en cijfers over het Nederlandse bedrijfsleven.
