Met\u00a0de GDPR gaan we een derde generatie regelgeving op het gebied van de bescherming van data\u00a0in, of zoals het ook wordt genoemd, de bescherming van het fundamentele recht op privacy.\u00a0En aangezien hier sprake is van een fundamenteel recht, kan men wetgeving op dit gebied verwachten,\u00a0net zoals op het gebied van anti-discriminatie.
