Zodoende is er direct een sterk wij-gevoel ontstaan en acteerden de business development specialisten van Smart Profile echt als een extensie van Resello\u201d, voegt Martijn Couprie toe. \u201cDat wij-gevoel is voor ons belangrijk, het sluit namelijk precies aan bij hoe wij bij Resello met onze klanten samenwerken. Korte lijnen, goed persoonlijk contact en samen kijken wat er mogelijk is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de briefing is inhoudelijk uitgebreid stil gestaan bij het automation platform en de cloud marketplace die Resello aanbiedt. Daarnaast werd salesmateriaal, zoals een eBook over de kansen van het Microsoft CSP programma en een guidebook over de nieuwe richtlijnen voor direct CSP partners, ter beschikking gesteld, welke de business development specialisten van Smart Profile via een Resello e-mailadres beschikbaar konden stellen. Door de combinatie van de kwalitatieve informatie vanuit Smart Profile en de beschikbare materialen van Resello kon de volledige doelgroep vervolgens zeer kwalitatief en effectief worden benaderd. Martijn Couprie voegt toe: \u201cWe bleven samen continu tweaken aan de campagne, en hebben daardoor een zeer succesvolle campagne gerealiseerd . Na een eerste contactmoment werd direct een afspraak ingepland of content doorgestuurd, waardoor de contactpersoon deze op een voor hem\/haar geschikt moment door te nemen.
