Smart Profile gaf daar namelijk een presentatie in de personen van Sanne Roubos en Stephanie Tiggelman. \u201cZe presenteerden dat ze succesvol telemarketing activiteiten uitvoeren voor Microsoft partners en daarbij niet bang zijn om op ICT proposities te bellen. Vanuit het eerste contact werd vervolgens besloten om een telemarketing campagne op de pakken op basis van het Microsoft partner programma dat Microsoft aanbiedt aan de betreffende partners.<\/p>\n<p>De campagne werd ingestoken op een nieuwe propositie van Fourtop ICT, gekoppeld aan de bedrijfsdoelstelling om groei te realiseren. \u201cQua propositie ging het om de moderne werkplek op de Fourtop manier. Waarbij we reeds diverse marketing en sales activeiten uitvoeren. De campagne met Smart Profile was vooral bedoeld om het eerste telefonische contact te leggen. Wij geloven namelijk niet in eerste contact op basis van een e-mail wanneer iemand ons niet kent,\u201d is de uitleg van de heer van der De resultaten vielen tegen en het vertrouwen bij degene die belde was nog niet voldoende aanwezig. Door goede onderlinge afstemming en open en duidelijke communicatie hebben we dat snel om weten te draaien. Uit die campagne zijn uiteindelijk zelfs 2 nieuwe klanten gekomen, welke deze campagne meer dan rechtvaardigen,\u201d voegt Douwe toe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOm tot een dergelijk succes te komen is de rol van jezelf als partner niet te onderschatten. Als volgende stap hebben we besloten om iemand aan te nemen om dit verder op te gaan volgen.
