Onlangs hebben wij een campagne uitgerold om onze Service Cloud te promoten. Smart Profile verstuurde drie mailings waarin wij klanten wezen op onze oplossing en hen doorverwezen naar onze website of YouTube-kanaal. Na afloop bleek de campagne in Nederland significant effectiever en effici\u00ebnter verlopen te zijn dan bij mijn Europese collega\u2019s.
