kwalitatieve leads en marktinzichten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nadat er in het verleden enkele data management oplossingen zijn afgenomen door e-office, ontstond er enige tijd geleden een eerste telefonische campagne. Op basis van een onderzoek naar het gebruik van Office365, uitgevoerd door Smart Profile in opdracht van Microsoft ontstond er veel inzicht in partijen die precies in de doelgroep vallen van e-office. \u201cHet was echt inzicht in onze sweetspot en er werd op basis van die inzichten een eerste campagne gestart, vult Marianne van der Valk, Marketing Manager bij e-office, aan. Vervolgens vinden er gedurende de campagne wekelijkse evaluaties plaats met de project co\u00f6rdinator, de betreffende business development specialisten en in dit geval e-office. Daarnaast kan e-office, als Microsoft partner, ook gebruik maken van de inzichten vanuit Microsoft die in samenwerking met Smart Profile over vele jaren zijn opgebouwd in het zogenaamde Microsoft partner programma.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn vergelijking met mijn e-office collega\u2019s, zijn de business development specialisten van Smart Profile in staat om logischerwijs meer focus aan te brengen op new business. Ze kunnen namelijk zorgen voor de benodigde continu\u00efteit in bellen die nodig is om de juiste persoon te pakken te krijgen, terwijl mijn collega\u2019s ook bijvoorbeeld offertes maken en bezoeken aan klanten brengen. Zo worden er inzichten verzameld omtrent de buying cycle en wordt er bijgehouden wat het beste moment is om opnieuw in contact te komen met de mogelijke klant. Daarnaast worden er BANT gekwalificeerde leads gegenereerd in de vorm van concrete afspraken. \u201cEr zijn goede afspraken gemaakt vanuit de Smart Profile campagnes, welke geresulteerd hebben in enkele nieuwe klanten. Zo heeft 1 op de 2 afspraken geleid tot een concrete offerte, legt de Marketing Manager van e-office uit. Daarnaast zijn er heel veel marktinzichten uit de campagnes gekomen. Zo hebben we zelfs op basis van 1 campagne een nieuwe samenwerking gesloten om ons portfolio uit te breiden in lijn met de vraag uit de markt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Als gevraagd wordt naar belangrijke aspecten in de samenwerking, geeft Marianne van der Valk het volgende aan: \u201cCampagnes worden bijgesteld op basis van korte lijnen in wekelijkse meetings en dat helpt enorm om focus aan te brengen. Zo heeft een campagne in het verleden niet gewerkt en om daar samen van te leren, weten we nu nog beter hoe we de doelgroep dienen af te stemmen op de propositie. De snelheid en flexibiliteit van het Smart Profile team, dragen daar ook zeker aan bij.
