In het maken van plannen voor 2020 keek ik naar mijn marketingdoelen en in te zetten kanalen. Daarbij keek ik in alle eerlijkheid vooral naar online kanalen (social, website en e-mail). Ik keek alleen naar kanalen die ik al inzette, maar niet naar eventuele andere kanalen.<\/p>\n<p>Hetgeen best bijzonder te noemen is, aangezien ik als marketing lead van Smart Profile vaak ook content maak over hoe effectief outbound bellen kan zijn. Toen een collega me daar op wees, kwam ik tot het besef dat ik het toch echt eens zou moeten overwegen. Na het maken van diverse selecties in ons CRM-systeem en onze eigen MarketBase zag ik al snel dat er interessante partijen voor ons zijn. Binnen Smart Profile noemen we deze collega\u2019s business development specialisten. Samen met een van onze ervaren project co\u00f6rdinatoren heb ik vervolgens een script op kunnen stellen. Onze insteek was vooral om weer in contact te komen en een gesprek te voeren. We wilden voorkomen dat we het gesprek direct heel commercieel zouden insteken, zoals we dat ook voor vele klanten doen via SPIN selling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Al snel bleek dat het contact werd gewaardeerd en ook dat er de nodige extra pipeline werd gevonden. Als ik nu begin 2021 zie welke groei dit heeft veroorzaakt is dat echt substantieel, namelijk 30% extra pipeline!<\/p>\n<p>Wellicht zullen sommige lezers nu denken, leuk, maar die persoon een heel jaar outbound laten bellen kost ook het nodige.\u00a0 Wat is dan de ROI geweest? Na 1 jaar inzet van outbound bellen heeft elke ge\u00efnvesteerde euro geresulteerd in 4 euro aan extra omzet en 8 euro aan additionele pipeline. Overigens staat er nog een deel van de pipeline open, dus die 4 euro zou nog iets hoger uit kunnen vallen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Ik heb meer inzicht gekregen in de processen die we daar omheen hebben draaien en kan er zodoende ook beter over vertellen.
