Ik kende de Hartstichting van naam maar was niet precies op de hoogte van hun werk. Samen zetten we ons in voor een gezond hart voor onze medewerkers en heel Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>Door deze samenwerking hoorde ik ook van de Hartstocht, een wandeling, georganiseerd door de Hartstichting met als doel om mensen aan de wandel te krijgen en geld in te zamelen voor onderzoek naar hart- en vaatziekten. Ik was direct enthousiast, ik maak ongeveer elke dag wel even een ommetje, maar de 15 km-route waar ik voor koos was voor mij wel even een uitdaging.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style Zogezegd, startte ik op 10 april met de Hartstocht. Een route van 15 km persoonlijk voor mij uitgestippeld vanuit mijn huis. Ik wandelde door de omgeving waar ik ben opgegroeid. Wat mij opviel is dat ik verschillende dingen opmerkte die ik hiervoor nog nooit eerder had gezien terwijl ik al wel vaak langs deze weg ben gekomen. Dit was opnieuw een bevestiging voor mij dat wandelen een fijne manier is om bewust in de natuur te zijn en mijn omgeving in me op te nemen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-koiik2sq-c82df10e2e84f9cb2d3e61f9b9f4ed32 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Tijdens het wandelen deelde ik af en toe een foto met mijn familie en vrienden om te laten zien hoeveel kilometer ik er al op had zitten, vooral op het laatst kon ik de steun van hen goed gebruiken. In eerste instantie was ik van plan om slechts de Hartstocht te lopen en geen sponsorgeld op te halen. In totaal kwam ik toch nog uit op een bedrag van \u20ac150,-. Dit motiveerde mij natuurlijk extra om de tocht van 15 kilometer af te leggen. Mijn sponsorbedrag was uiteindelijk een klein onderdeel van de totale opbrengst, want er is maar liefst \u20ac443.072 opgehaald.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-koiil5nz-04ca6be01e934bcdc976e0ef36c760e9 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><em>Kortom, de Hartstocht was voor mij een succes en ik doe zeker volgende keer weer mee aan de Hartstocht om zo mijn bijdrage te leveren naar het onderzoek van hart- en vaatziekten.
