Bij deze mijlpaal willen we natuurlijk even stilstaan. Zelf werkte ik op de logistieke afdeling en zorgde voor de uitlevering van de data aan klanten en ondersteunde de verkoopteams in de administratie. We werkten dus veel samen en ook al met data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kpwqlmnx-139406367c9cb6d56d5265077a71b478 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Zo werd Michiel benaderd door Pierre, de eigenaar Computer Profile Belgi\u00eb (Computer Profile is vanaf 2019 Smart Profile) om Computer Profile in Nederland op te zetten en de verkoop van ICT-data te starten in de Nederlandse markt. Zuchtend zetten wij de koffers neer en mijn partner nam de telefoon op: <em>\u2018\u2019Met Michiel, woont Margje hier?\u2019\u2019<\/em>. Ik kreeg de telefoon overhandigd en Michiel vroeg mij of wij eens konden praten. Natuurlijk konden wij dat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kpwqm80t-dbf3f03d4b7f9cb11fd6453d19f04f0d '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Michiel heeft de meerwaarde van Computer Profile uitgelegd en vroeg of ik geen zin had om weer samen te werken. Ik had tegen Michiel gezegd: <em>\u2018\u2019Ik kom bij jullie werken, maar op \u00e9\u00e9n voorwaarde, ik was niet af.\u2019\u2019 <\/em>Dus die twee heren stonden elke lunchpauze met hun stropdas over hun schouder af te wassen, een afwasmachine was er niet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kpwqmhqm-9fc8a3a7cf421e3c75f8e3ea91d27db0 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>De eerste jaren waren we actief vanuit het business center in Oudenbosch. Michiel en Harry zorgden voor de verkoop en ik zorgde voor de levering en ondersteuning bij de inzet van de data. Tegenwoordig heet dat data-consumptie en activatie\u2026 De geboorte van de logistieke afdeling, later Support en tegenwoordig Customer Service. Die ondersteuning en toelichting vond plaats bij klanten op locatie. Dus ik ging in mijn autootje naar de klanten toe om het een en ander te installeren en uit te leggen. Ja, je leest het goed: installatie van software en onze data. Voor de software waren vijf verschillende installatiediskettes nodig (waar is de tijd gebleven) en dan nog een aantal diskettes voor de daadwerkelijke adresgegevens. Zo werden er twee nieuwe sales collega\u2019s aangenomen en daarmee pasten we ook niet meer in het Business Centre in Oudenbosch, en zijn we naar Breda verhuisd, naar het pand aan het Saksen Weimarplein. We huurden eerst \u00e9\u00e9n verdieping en uiteindelijk zijn we, door nog verdere uitbreiding op personeelsgebied, steeds meer verdiepingen binnen dit pand gaan opsnoepen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kpwqn3ha-d6a450cecb3d4577e7e41e30880868cb '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Inmiddels hadden we ook een team voor de logistiek. In het begin was ik verantwoordelijk voor het logistieke team in Nederland, wat later uitbreide naar het Benelux Support team en was ik ook regelmatig in Brussel op kantoor.<\/p>\n<p>Kenmerkend voor de periode 2001 tot 2006 is dat we een hele groei hebben meegemaakt met leuke en goede collega\u2019s. We zijn zelf telemarketing gaan uitvoeren. Dat was wel echt een keerpunt en de groei van het personeelsbestand was enorm. Vooral de lollige momenten met collega\u2019s op kantoor springen eruit. Vooral toen we nog met zijn drie\u00ebn op kantoor werkten. Dan werk je heel veel met elkaar. Harry en Michiel waren erg complementair aan elkaar, in runnen van het bedrijf waren ze complementair aan elkaar, maar ook in hun persoonlijkheid. Waarbij Michiel er altijd heel strak en netjes gekleed is. Was Harry tegenovergestelde. Dit leidde tot de volgende anekdote: Michiel zat achter zijn bureau tegenover Harry en keek zo onder het bureau van Harry tegen zijn tenen aan. De zool van de schoen van Harry lag helemaal open. De reactie van Michiel! <em>\u2018\u2019WATTT? Je schoen praat tegen me. Dit kan toch niet?! Hij trouwde een Spaanse schone en zo zijn we met bijna alle collega\u2019s naar Spanje afgereisd voor de bruiloft. Supertof!<\/p>\n<p>Als laatste dan, het tienjarig jubileum dat wij in 2006 groots in Breda hebben gevierd. Dit was een feest voor alle collega\u2019s met aanhang. Op de dag zelf werden de stellen gesplitst. De aanhang heeft die dag een lied gemaakt en ingezongen en de medewerkers hebben die dag verschillende scenes voor een film opgenomen. Beeld en geluid werd eind van de middag aan elkaar geknoopt, terwijl wij ons klaarmaakten voor het galadiner. Per limousine werd je vervoerd, als heuse filmster\/beroemdheid. Groupies en fans stonden ons op te wachten langs de rode loper. Die avond werd de film en muziek, ons eindproduct, vertoond op een groot scherm tijdens een giga-galadiner in de Grote Kerk van Breda. Wat een toffe ervaring was dat!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. De wereld en wij zijn nog veel verder gedigitaliseerd dan dat we nu zijn. Intern met onze eigen processen, maar ook onze database, de MarketBase, zal nog meer gevuld zijn. We hebben andere, aanvullende diensten of samenwerking met partners is uitgebreid. De distributie en de consumptie van onze data vindt dan misschien wel visueel plaats; data gevisualiseerd in virtual reality. Dat je bijvoorbeeld een bedrijf als hologram ziet met daarin werknemers met functie en netwerken tussen deze personen en overige bedrijven.
