Dat blijkt uit een onderzoek van Ehrenberg-Bass -en B2B Institute. In dit onderzoek <a href=\"https:\/\/business.linkedin.com\/content\/dam\/me\/business\/en-us\/marketing-solutions\/resources\/pdfs\/advertising-effectiveness-and-the-95-5-rule.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>\u201cAdvertising effectiveness and the 95-5 rule<\/em><\/a><em>\u201d <\/em>legt professor John Dawes uit hoe tot wel 95% van de zakelijke klanten niet tegelijkertijd in de markt zijn voor veel goederen en diensten.<br \/>\nDit is een vrij eenvoudig feit, maar het heeft dus wel enorm veel te betekenen voor de actie die marketing en sales managers moeten ondernemen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kvw73ukj-328292ea1e7692ed9509ca8097d664c1 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Vaak wordt de schuld van slechte sales bij sales gelegd, terwijl de marketing daar juist ook een grote rol in speelt. Dit kan zijn omdat ze al een service hebben waar ze tevreden over zijn, omdat ze er gewoon nog niet aan toe zijn of omdat de financi\u00eble situatie het niet toelaat.<br \/>\nEn die 5% die er dan nog overblijft zijn de in-market buyers. Zij zijn op dit moment op zoek naar &#8211; of zijn bereid om een overstap te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kvw8elbn-0a8fa6fa7ba697ae16a0d5a3e2aa56fa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Dat is een heftige ratio, maar laat je hierdoor niet afschrikken! Het heeft juist heel veel meerwaarde om te bellen, en om die 95% op te zoeken. Vaak zit de meeste business\/het meeste profijt in die out-of-market buyers! Ook al zullen ze nu nog niet happen: ga in gesprek, vraag aan ze door. Waarom willen ze niet? Zijn er drempels of obstakels waar je ze misschien mee kan helpen, of hebben ze misschien al plannen? Misschien zijn ze het volgende jaar wel toe aan verandering. Die informatie kan je in de toekomst verder helpen!<\/p>\n<p>Probeer ze niet alleen iets te verkopen, maar denk ook met ze mee! Laat zien dat jij als bedrijf niet alleen uit bent op het geld maar ook meer kan bieden. En het moment dat iemand van die 95% overstapt naar de open markt, wil je dat ze als bedrijf eerst aan jou denken. Zorg er daarbij wel voor dat je een goed beeld hebt van je volledig markt, want wellicht mis je een stuk, waardoor je nooit die volledige 100% kan aanspreken.<br \/>\nLoop niet achter concurrenten aan die zich alleen richten op de IT-beslissers van vandaag en richt je op zowel huidige als toekomstige IT-beslissers.<\/p>\n<p>Door contact te houden met iedereen houd je niet alleen rekening met nu, maar ook met later.
