Als het weer het toelaat doe je dat het liefst onder het genot van een wandeling in de buitenlucht of\u00a0vlak bij\u00a0het station op een plekje in de zon. Even weg van je scherm en even tijd voor jezelf en je collega\u2019s. Je zorgt dat je 10 minuten voor je volgende call weer terug op je plek zit, zodat je nog even je mails kan checken. Fijn, de testmail is nu akkoord en de mail staat ingepland voor morgen en een leuk bedank berichtje vanuit de klant. Daar doe je het voor en vol energie ga je met de volgende klant in gesprek.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In de middag pak je af en toe ook nog even een korte break, pak je wat fruit en\u00a0help je de diverse klanten zoveel als je kan. Daarnaast borg je jouw contactmomenten in het CRM-systeem en is er tijd en ruimte voor wat informaliteit in elk gesprek. Je weet namelijk wat er speelt bij jouw belangrijkste klanten. Mocht jij er even niet kunnen zijn kan je daarbij terugvallen op jouw directe collega\u2019s Fleur en Laura.
