Waar in 2010 nog slechts 37 procent van de zorgorganisaties gebruikmaakten van een ERP-pakket, is dat opgelopen tot 43 procent in 2014 naar 54 procent nu. Dit blijkt uit een marktanalyse van <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smartprofile.io\/nl\/\">Computer Profile<\/a><\/strong><strong>, specialist in data driven marketing, waarbij ruim 6.600 beslissers van Nederlandse organisaties met meer dan vijftig medewerkers zijn ondervraagd. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Met die 54 procent is de ERP-penetratiegraad in de zorg overigens nog steeds erg laag in vergelijking met andere branches. Alleen binnen de overheid en het onderwijs is er sprake van een lagere ERP-penetratiegraad met respectievelijk 52 en 43 procent. Deze sectoren laten net als de zorgsector de laatste jaren wel een sterke groei in de adoptie van ERP-systemen zien. Dit is een kleine stijging ten opzichte van de twee voorgaande jaren (2016, 39% en 2017, 37%). ERP on premise lijkt zich hiermee vooralsnog te stabiliseren rond de 40 procent.\u00a0 Wat betreft remote, dat wil zeggen op een zuster- of moederlocatie in Nederland of in het buitenland, zet de sinds 2012 (42%) stapsgewijs dalende lijn zich nog steeds wel door, naar 27 procent dit jaar. De categorie\u00ebn <em>hosted <\/em>en <em>cloud <\/em>laten daarentegen een stijgende lijn zien. SAP voert met 30 procent nog altijd ruimschoots de lijst aan. SAP is de grootste speler in het publieke domein (22%) en vooral bij multinationals geldt SAP als de ERP-leverancier bij uitstek (62%). Microsoft op plek twee met 18 procent doet het op zijn beurt goed bij organisaties met 50 tot 250 medewerkers en organisaties met 250-500 medewerkers. CRM on premise (van 45% in 2012 naar 25% nu) en CRM remote (van 45% in 2012 naar 22% nu) komen aanzienlijk minder vaak voor. Overigens op de voet gevolgd door Microsoft (20%) en Salesforce (19%).
