Uit een marktanalyse van data driven marketingspecialist <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smartprofile.io\/nl\/\"><strong>Computer Profile<\/strong><\/a><strong>, waarbij 3.774 Belgische bedrijven met meer dan vijftig medewerkers zijn ondervraagd, blijkt dat de ICT-&amp; utilities-sector koploper is, met 51% van de bedrijven die een CRM-pakket in gebruik hebben. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>De sterkste stijging noteerde Computer Profile in de manufacturing-sector met een stijging van 16 procentpunt ten opzichte van 2010. Overheen alle sectoren, maakt gemiddeld 30% van de bedrijven gebruik van een CRM-oplossing. De overheids- en gezondheidssector lijken matig te scoren, maar hier moet enige nuance aan de dag gelegd worden. Zo tekende Computer Profile sinds 2012 een stijging van 14 procentpunt op voor de cloud (van 10% tot 24%), en 11 procentpunt voor hosting (van 7% tot 18%). Sinds 2014 zien we dat het merendeel van de bedrijven de voorkeur geeft aan het <em>remote draaien<\/em> van de CRM-oplossing. In 2018 is dit nog steeds zo bij 37%. Een sterke daling werd dan weer genoteerd bij de CRM-oplossing op locatie. Van 49% in 2012 naar 32% in 2018. Maakten in 2010 de \u2018custom build\u2019 oplossingen nog 27,5% uit van de markt, in 2018 is dit nog slechts 9,1%. Waarmee het in 2018 nog de vierde plaats inneemt in de ranglijst. Deze vier actoren nemen ook de hoofdrol in bij de verschillende marktsegmenten, hoewel de verdeling van de koek per segment verschilt. Zo staat Microsoft op de eerste plaats bij de publieke bedrijven (32%) en de KMO\u2019s (30%). Maar bij de nationale bedrijven neemt het de tweede plaats in (24%) en bij de multinationals staat Microsoft op de derde plaats (16%). Bij deze laatste speelt SAP dan weer de hoofdviool met 56%, evenals bij de nationale bedrijven (53%). Bij de publieke bedrijven landt SAP dan weer op de derde plaats.
