Dit blijkt uit een marktanalyse van <a href=\"https:\/\/smartprofile.io\/nl\/\">Computer Profile<\/a>, specialist in data driven marketing, waarbij bijna 5.000 beslissers van zo\u2019n 2.500 Nederlandse organisaties met meer dan vijftig medewerkers zijn ondervraagd. Vrijwel alle sectoren laten een stijging zien in het gebruik van mobile device management-software in vergelijking met de jaren ervoor. Alleen de sectoren <em>construction<\/em> en <em>transport <\/em>vertonen een lichte daling. De reden hiervoor kan zijn dat deze sectoren te maken hebben met een enorme hoogconjunctuur, waardoor de IT-afdeling zich volledig richt op het voldoen aan de vraag vanuit de markt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steeds meer bedrijven gebruiken speciale softwareoplossingen voor het beheer van hun mobiele apparaten die binnen de organisatie in omloop zijn. Over alle sectoren heen steeg de toepassing van mobile device management-oplossingen (MDM) van 16 procent in 2016 naar 27 procent nu. Binnen de gezondheidszorg en het onderwijs is zelfs sprake van meer dan een verdubbeling ten opzichte van twee jaar geleden. Bij overheidsorganisaties is de penetratiegraad van MDM-software met 53 procent verreweg het hoogst. Koplopers zijn vooralsnog het Californische MobileIron en VMware AirWatch, met een aandeel van respectievelijk 23 en 18 procent. Microsoft Intune (10,1%), Citrix XenMobile (9,6%) en BlackBerry Good (9,2%) kloppen echter op de deur. Want waar het aandeel van de twee eerstgenoemde vendoren licht terugloopt (MobileIron ging van 32 procent in 2016, naar 24,9 procent in 2017, naar 23 procent nu en VMware ging over dezelfde periode van 20,1 naar 18 procent), winnen met name Microsoft en BlackBerry aanzienlijk. Microsoft ging van 0,5 procent in 2016 naar 10,1 procent nu en BlackBerry van 5,2 procent in 2016 naar 9,2 procent nu. Daarachter ziet Apple zijn marktaandeel juist weer teruggelopen, van 7,8% in 2016 naar 4,4% nu, terwijl een rits aan vendoren zich in de afgelopen twee jaar een positie op de markt heeft verworven. Apple en Samsung maken al enkele jaren samen de dienst uit. Noemenswaardig is het feit dat het marktaandeel van Samsung (48,7) dit jaar voor het eerst het marktaandeel van Apple (44,5%) overstijgt. Microsoft\/Nokia* lijkt daarentegen definitief afgehaakt. In 2016 haalde Microsoft met 20,5 nog zijn hoogste marktaandeel in de zakelijke smartphone markt, inmiddels is dat teruggelopen via 15,5 procent afgelopen jaar naar 3,9 procent nu. Van de andere spelers in de markt is Huawei het enige smartphonemerk dat zijn aandeel nog iets zag stijgen naar 1,5 procent.
